Your lead designer can best determine an effective course of service based on your allocated monthly budget to ensure the health of your website and make content updates and code edits to your website, up to the agreed upon amount per month. The allocation of services is at your designer's discretion.

How it works

Decide on a monthly maintenance budget. Contract time does not roll over into the next month, and cannot be pulled from the month ahead. Any additional hours over the contract hours will be billed at the current regular hourly rates.

Services are billed hourly at their respective rates, therefore the cost for monthly service is based largely on the anticipated website edits, your desired level of search engine competitiveness, the amount of competition in your keywords, and the size and complexity of your website and brand. With a Complete Care Plan your designer has your site loaded which puts you before the queue for requested services.

You may increase or decrease your allocated monthly maintenance budget amount prior to the following billing cycle, or discontinue service at any time by simply not renewing your contract, however, should you decide to cancel service or decline to renew on the due date and wish to reinstate service at a later time you will be required to pay a setup charge of $199. You may sign up for automatic payments using our third party merchant account provider. With many brief searches, edits, and visits to your site for fine tuning throughout the month we do not provide an accounting of hours spent.

Included in monthly maintenance plan

Maintenance includes, but is not limited to text changes, picture and graphic changes, css changes, adding necessary script or website applications.

1. Photo Updates
Adding images, editing and sizing of any images adding to the existing website which does not fall under the scope of the layout or actual design of existing website.

2. Text Updates
Adding, editing and/or removing any text or copy on the existing site including any articles, reports, contact information and product or service description.

3. Script Installation
Adding, editing, removing and installing any scripts.

4. Website Marketing
Changes to existing Meta-tags, Alt-tags, Titles, Keywords or Page Descriptions.

5. Complete Monthly Backups
Each month your existing website will be backed up and saved on our local server.

Not included in monthly maintenance plan

The scope of this contract does not include the following;

1. Re-design of site
The scope of this contract is limited to maintenance and does not allow for complete or partial redesign of existing site. A redesign is defined as changes to the overall design or look of the site of more than 30%. If this will change the existing website more than 30% then it would fall under the scope of a New or Redesign Contract.

2. Third party access
If the client or any third party other than developer or approved subcontractors attempts to access or accesses the server, or website and makes changes to the website, database, server or software or scripts on client website; time to repair and/or restore the website, databases or any other script on the clients website will be billed at the current hourly rate and is not included in the maintenance plan.

3. New pages
Adding new pages is not covered by this maintenance plan and are billed at the cost of a new page.

4. Other services not included
• Fee for service submissions or marketing services
• Copy editing
• Outsourcing or licensing of graphic design, code, photography, video, music.
• Social media setup or maintenance
• Hosting services
• Domain name registration
• Instruction on any services
• Application development
• Promotional video production
• Programs or software to the existing website.
