How
to send us your files
Please
remember to retain copies
of your original files as
we do not assume any
liability at any time for
lost or corrupted files. |
|
How do I send text?
We
prefer that you do not send text files
attached to your email, but rather that
you type or paste your unformatted text
directly in an email message. Please
be sure to verify the spelling and
accuracy of your text copy prior to
sending it as our policy is to cut and
paste your text exactly as supplied to us,
and we are not responsible for spelling
or other typographical errors, or
accuracy of your copy. Any corrections
will be billed at the current rate for
'ongoing maintenance'.
How do I send Photos
or PDF files?
If you
are sending us PDF, PNG, JPG, or GIF
files, simply attach them to an email
message. If you are sending multiple
large images (big files) please read the
section below entitled "How do I
send large Video, Music, or Sound
files",
What are the image
requirements?
We
request your images as either JPG; PNG;
PDF files; or GIF transparencies. For
use on the Web a in most cases resolution
of between 100 dpi and 300 dpi is
sufficient and images need not be any
larger than 800 pixels in either
direction.
How do I send HD
Images, and Video, Music, Adobe or Sound
files?
If you are sending large
files such as Adobe PSD's, WAV or MP3
sound files, or video, we ask that you do
not email them as our servers will kick
back email with large attachments.
Please upload your files via an online
file storage service such as SaveFile.com. With
SaveFile you can upload files up to 60MB
each. Thats alot. Please register for a
free SaveFile account, then after
uploading your files you will be given a
project link like http://www.savefile.com/projects/808611284, which you can
forward to your project manager who can
then use the link to download your files.
Your files will stay intact and safe on
your password protected SaveFile account.

What
if I have a Mac?
Well, until we move
up in the world we ask that Mac
users send all files in PC format
with alphanumeric file names and
file extensions. (e.g. .txt,
.jpg, .gif, etc.) |
What if I still
don't get it?
If you
are not sure how to size your images just
remember that "Bigger is
better". We can easily reduce an
image that is too big, but can not
enlarge an image that is too small.
Should you have questions about your text
copy or images, asking your project
manager for assistance can ultimately
save you valuable resources.
